In general, you can interact with our Services without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Data about yourself. Each marketing communication we send to you will contain an instruction permitting you to “opt-out” or unsubscribe from receiving future marketing communications. If at any time you do not wish to receive any future marketing communications, please contact us as indicated below. If you provide us with Personal Data, for instance when ordering products or information material, we treat the Personal Data in compliance with applicable law and regulations. To the extent these regulations allow the collection, processing or use of Personal Data without a separate formal consent for the processing of orders or inquiries, we will observe the applicable legal requirements and limits while obtaining formal consent where required. When registering for a newsletter, your email address will be used for the purpose of providing you with the newsletter until you unsubscribe. Opting-out of receiving our publications or from receiving promotional or marketing emails from us is possible at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” like at the bottom of our emails.
The movement of our visitors through our Services may be tracked by us through a variety of means. These may include:

Some of these services ay record sessions and make them available for later visual playback.
We may also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data.
We may combine this automatically collected log information with other information we collect about you, including Personal Data, to improve our Services, as well as for marketing analytics and Service operation purposes.
On behalf of the operator of the website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator. The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
Such data collection and storage can be contested at any time with effect for the future. In addition, you may prevent the collection by Google of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of a Service (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by using the following link to download and install the available browser plug-in.
Certain pages on our website may have software or lines of code installed within the page that provide us with information about the “clickstream” of our visitors during their visit to our Service. This also allows us to know which pages the visitors came from, what navigational paths they took, and which areas of the site they visited. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.

For your convenience, our Services may from time to time include links to third-party sites whose information practices may be different than ours. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by us of the content of such sites. Third party links include our social media buttons or links to other art organizations. You should consult these other sites’ privacy policies, as we do not make any representations or warranties regarding, or take any responsibility for, the content or accuracy of materials located on such sites or the privacy practices of the providers of such sites.
On our website we use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube. The plug-ins can be identified by the social media buttons marked with the logo of the provider of the respective social media networks. We have implemented these plug- ins using the so-called 2-click solution. This means that when you surf on our website, personally identifiable information will initially not be collected by the providers of these social media plug-ins. Only if you click on one of the plug-ins will your personally identifiable information be transmitted: By activating the plug-in, data is automatically transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored by them. We neither have influence on the collected data and data processing operations conducted by the providers, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes or the retention periods.

Sharing Your Personal Information
We are not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are certain circumstances, however, where we may share your Personal Data with third parties without further notice to you, as described below:

We may provide your Personal Data to our vendors or other service providers to help us bring you the Services we offer or to facilitate our transactions with you. Specifically, we may share the Personal Data you have provided to us with vendors who house our servers, host our website, for shipping and delivery, to manage and service our data, distribute emails, manage brand and product promotions, manage accounts, prepare invoices, send email updates about Laasya Art and its Services, remove repetitive information from our customer lists, process payments for our products and services, and provide certain Services and features.
