Laasya Art LLC (“Laasya Art”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) operates this website (https://laasyaart.com) and its associated art gallery in Palo Alto, California (altogether,the “Services”). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy concerning information, including personally identifiable data (“Personal Data”) that is collected from visitors to this website and through our Services.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data through our Services, or by virtue of an “optin” request from us, you consent to our use of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Each marketing communication we send to you will contain an instruction permitting you to “opt-out” or unsubscribe from receiving future marketing communications. When registering for a newsletter, your email address will be used for the purpose of providing you with the newsletter until you unsubscribe. Opting-out of receiving our publications or from receiving promotional or marketing emails from us is possible at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” like at the bottom of our emails.

The movement of our visitors through our Services may be tracked by us through a variety of means. These may include:

Certain pages on our website may have software or lines of code installed within the page that provide us with information about the “clickstream” of our visitors during their visit to our Service. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals.

On our website we use the following social media plug-ins: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube. The plug-ins can be identified by the social media buttons marked with the logo of the provider of the respective social media networks. We have implemented these plug- ins using the so-called 2-click solution. This means that when you surf on our website, personally identifiable information will initially not be collected by the providers of these social media plug-ins. Only if you click on one of the plug-ins will your personally identifiable information be transmitted: By activating the plug-in, data is automatically transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored by them.
